About Brianna

Multi-instrumentalist, multi-tasker

Brianna is a Philadelphia based musician and educator with a strong passion led by the idea that she aspires to be the role model she never had. Brianna has been a professional musician since graduating from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania back in 2020. When the pandemic hit, it did not stop her from starting her journey into the industry singing and teaching. Brianna has a wide experience range teaching people under the age of ten how to sing solfedge all the way to undergraduate college students trying to sound like Chaka Khan.  Her experience on the stage and behind the stage running sound has given her a unique perspective as to what the music industry entails, and she is more than happy to share this knowledge with her students.

Brianna has been seen in wedding bands, original music bands ranging from blues, rock, indie soul, and even math rock, music community collective gatherings, and in the classroom. She leads her career with motivation to encourage others to stay inspired and creative, always looking for the next opportunity.

She is currently getting her masters degree from University of Miami in Popular Music Pedagogy, with plans to start a musician mental health podcast series and pitch a college course centered around that to various schools.

Aspiring to Make a Difference

Brianna is passionate about representation in the music industry, inclusion being something she felt was not welcomed as much as she thought early on. Being a part of the neurodivergent community, she uses her experiences to help educate and inspire her students and peers to look at things from a different light.

She plans to take her studies and apply them to teaching, her vocal students will be able to learn from her performance confidence, vocal health strategies, musician mental health resources, stage presence, and much more that she was not helped with when she was just getting into the industry.

"I want to be the teacher I wish I had, and make sure the next generation feels ready for what could be thrown at them. Also, how to be okay with not having all the answers right away but knowing how to find those answers."
